The Crate Filler is an innovative end-of-line solution developed by EndLine for the efficient and precise loading of prepacked products into plastic crates or corrugated carton boxes.
Model-1 is purpose-built for high-capacity operations that rely on simple, repetitive loading patterns. Its defining feature is a servo-driven Flow Pocket loading system that combines high-speed performance with gentle product handling — protecting product integrity without compromising output.
The process begins as prepacked products enter the infeed system, where they are spaced at a precise pitch for smooth, consistent feeding into the machine. Products are then oriented on edge and accurately positioned in front of the drop point by the Flow Pocket system. Once aligned, they are gently guided onto specially designed drop-point slides. After precise centering, the complete product group is discharged into the crate in a smooth, controlled motion — ensuring repeatable performance and careful handling on every cycle.
