The Stacker & Destacker is a single, universal platform that handles both the stacking and separation of crates within the production line, configurable to suit your layout and flow. In its bottom-discharge ground configuration, an elevating conveyor and synchronized fail-safe gripper build and release stacks with vibration-free precision, while frame-integrated light barriers and a service-password HMI keep operation safe and simple across multiple crate formats.

In its overhead ceiling configuration, the unit automatically separates crates from stacks into a single row and feeds them onto an elevated conveyor, handling up to five stacks simultaneously through servo-driven axes and individual grippers. Whichever configuration your line requires, the machine delivers stable, continuous crate flow with protected operation – including security against power loss, air loss, and mechanical jamming.
